Freeze dryer for production with a condensing unit constructed of AISI304 stainless steel, with a mirrored sanitary finish.

Details

Monobloc cabinet with metal frame and external cladding in brushed stainless steel sheets, supported on 4 swivel casters, the front ones with brakes, external dimensions 2.00 x 1.10 x 1.20 m (height x width x depth).
Drying chamber constructed of AISI 304 stainless steel with a matte polished 320 grit interior finish and a mirrored sanitary exterior, featuring a door with transparent tempered glass windows and isolated from the trap by an electrically operated butterfly valve. Peripheral cooling system allows the chamber to be cooled to -20ºC before loading, preventing thermal shock to the product. It has rounded corners with a removable shelf for easy cleaning and decontamination. Vacuum breaker system with ball valve and electrical activation.
Condensing unit constructed of AISI 304 stainless steel with a mirrored sanitary finish, capacity for 20.0 kg of ice per cycle, operating temperature down to -55ºC with direct expansion refrigeration via a hermetic compressor with thermal protection and high pressure, CFC-free gas and forced ventilation. High-resistance, transparent, and removable acrylic viewing window for monitoring ice formation. Full access for cleaning and decontamination. Drainage system with ball valve and accelerated defrosting. Power supply: 220V/60 Hz. Consumption: 6,400 W.
Control panel with PLC and color touchscreen HMI with programmable recipes and indication of all process parameters – vacuum, trap temperatures, tray and product temperatures, partial and total process time – and communication output to a notebook for remote monitoring, control and maintenance. Menu in Portuguese, Spanish and English.
Internal shelving unit made of AISI 304 stainless steel, removable, with 8 shelves measuring 50 x 50 cm, featuring an electric resistance heating system and individual microprocessor-controlled temperature for operation in the range of -40 to 60ºC. Includes a product temperature sensor and 8 AISI 304 stainless steel trays with a matte 320 grit polish, each measuring 45 x 45 cm, totaling 1.60 m² of usable area for sublimation. Sides are 2.5 cm thick, capacity up to 2000 ml with a 1.0 cm thick blade.
Double-stage vacuum pump with oil-bath rotary vanes, speed of 24.6 m3/h (410 lpm or 14.5 cfm), electromagnetic valve for vapor retention and protection against oil return, and automatic gas ballast controlled by PLC. Installed inside the cabinet.

Condenser with an operating temperature of -85ºC and PTFE coating for chemical protection;
Dry orbital scroll vacuum pump, completely free of lubricating oils, internal chambers lined with PTFE, specifically designed for pumping samples containing acidic substances or organic solvents, with excellent corrosion resistance, speed of 15.4 m³/h;
External freezing system with a working temperature of up to -35ºC in environments with temperatures up to 25ºC, galvanized steel interior, polyurethane insulation, treated and painted white sheet metal exterior. Cooling by air-cooled hermetic compressor, non-flammable CFC-free refrigerants (within current environmental standards) and programmable digital temperature indicator/controller. Features adjustable shelves via rails with a wide variety of heights and number of shelves. Includes 4 shelves measuring 52 x 52 cm.
