Composed of 2 pieces with a metal frame and external cladding in brushed stainless steel sheets, supported on 4 swivel casters, the front ones with brakes, total external dimensions 2.20 x 1.30 x 3.40 m (height x width x depth).
Drying chamber constructed of AISI 304 stainless steel with a matte polished 320 grit interior finish and a mirrored sanitary exterior, featuring a door with transparent tempered glass windows and isolated from the trap by an electrically operated butterfly valve. Peripheral cooling system allows the chamber to be cooled to -20ºC before loading, preventing thermal shock to the product. It has rounded corners with a removable shelf for easy cleaning and decontamination. Vacuum breaker system with ball valve and electrical activation.
Condensing unit constructed of AISI 304 stainless steel with a mirrored sanitary finish, capacity for 80.0 kg of ice per cycle, operating temperature down to -55ºC with direct expansion refrigeration via a hermetic compressor with thermal protection and high pressure, CFC-free gas and forced ventilation. High-resistance, transparent, and removable acrylic viewing window for monitoring ice formation. Full access for cleaning and decontamination. Drainage system with ball valve and accelerated defrosting. Power supply: 380V/60 Hz. Consumption: 6,800 W.
Control panel with PLC and color touchscreen HMI with programmable recipes and indication of all process parameters – vacuum, trap temperatures, tray and product temperatures, partial and total process time – and communication output to a notebook for remote monitoring, control and maintenance. Menu in Portuguese, Spanish and English.
Internal shelving unit made of AISI 304 stainless steel, removable, with 12 shelves measuring 75 x 75 cm, featuring an electric resistance heating system and individual microprocessor-controlled temperature for operation in the range of -40 to 60ºC. Includes a product temperature sensor and 12 AISI 304 stainless steel trays with a matte 320 grit polish, each measuring 70 x 75 cm, totaling 6.30 m² of usable area for sublimation.
