Details

Stainless steel AISI304 condenser with mirror-polished sanitary finish, operating temperature down to -55ºC, capacity for up to 5.0 kg of ice/24 hours, and a total ice capacity of 8.0 kg. Allows for quick removal of the ice block from the condenser before defrosting. Enables freezing of material inside the condenser.
Seamless transparent acrylic chamber measuring 30 cm with a stainless steel top lid and 12 taps, or a full stainless steel chamber with 24 taps. Neoprene taps with vacuum relief system for fitting bottles with a 19 cm mouth. Neoprene or silicone adapter with variable fitting for bottles with 7.0 cm, 8.5 cm or 10.0 cm openings.
Shelving unit with 6 or more shelves for trays up to 18 cm wide, removable and interchangeable according to the height of the bottles;
Front panel in polycarbonate with easy-to-operate illuminated switches and LCD display showing vacuum and temperature in the condenser, timer in hh:mm:SS format and voltage. USB output for generating freeze-drying reports with vacuum, temperature and voltage X time variables;
Dimensions excluding the acrylic chamber: 62 x 40 x 40 (width x depth x height). With the acrylic chamber, the total height is 83 cm. Can be installed in a laminar flow hood.
Includes a two-stage vacuum pump with oil-bath rotary vanes, speed of 10.2 or 14.0 m3/h, with a gas ballast system for removing water vapor and an exhaust filter.

Dry orbital scroll vacuum pump, completely free of lubricating oils, internal chambers lined with PTFE, specifically designed for pumping samples containing acidic substances or organic solvents, with excellent corrosion resistance, speed of 9.1 m³/h;
Bottle sealing system under vacuum or modified atmosphere and tray heating with digital temperature controller.

Freeze-drying tower for ampoules with 48 or 96 outlets;
Freeze-drying bottles made of borosilicate glass with a round bottom, measuring 7.0 cm in diameter and 300 ml in capacity, 7.0 cm in diameter and 500 ml in capacity, 8.5 cm in diameter and 750 ml in capacity, and 10.0 cm in diameter and 1000 ml in capacity;
Vacuum pump oil in 2.0, 5.0, or 20.0 liter containers.
