Details

Stainless steel AISI204 condenser with PTFE coating for chemical protection, with a capacity of up to 8.0 kg of ice/24h and a total capacity of 20.0 kg. Operating temperature down to -105ºC. Designed for quick removal of the ice block from the trap (condenser). Allows freezing of the material inside the condenser.
AISI304 steel chamber, 36 cm long, with 36 neoprene ports (taps) and vacuum relief system. Fits bottles with a 19 mm opening. Neoprene adapter with variable fitting for bottles of 7.0, 8.5 or 10.0 cm;
Shelving unit with 6 or more shelves for trays up to 22 cm wide, removable and interchangeable according to the height of the bottles;
Front panel made of polycarbonate with easy-to-operate illuminated switches and LCD display showing vacuum and temperature in the trap (condenser), timer in hh:mm:SS format and voltage. Serial output for generating a freeze-drying report with vacuum, temperature and voltage X time variables;
Overall dimensions including the chamber: 80 x 80 x 110 cm (width x depth x height). Can be installed under laminar flow;
Dimensions including drying chamber: 50 x 50 x 70 (width x depth x height). Can be installed in a laminar flow hood;
Includes a dry, orbital scroll vacuum pump, completely free of lubricating oils, with internal chambers lined with PTFE, specifically designed for pumping samples containing acidic substances or organic solvents, offering excellent corrosion resistance, and a speed of 13.4 m3/h (340 LPM or 8 CFM).

Optional

Bottle sealing system under vacuum or modified atmosphere, tray heating with digital temperature controller and isolation valve between the drying chamber and the trap (condenser).

Turn to lyophilize ampoules with 48 or 102 outlets;
Freeze-drying bottles made of borosilicate glass with a round bottom, measuring 7.0 cm in diameter and 300 ml in capacity, 8.5 cm in diameter and 750 ml in capacity, and 10.0 cm in diameter and 1000 ml in capacity.
