Production freeze-dryer with condenser unit built in stainless steel AISI304, with sanitary mirrored finishing. Capacity of up to 20 Kg of ice, 8 trays of 50 x 50 cm, total area of 2.00 m², trap temperature of -55°C with dual-stage vacuum pump with rotary vanes greased in oil. Individual control of temperatures in trays or automatized by PLC. Great variety of shelves. Trays with fixed back for liquids or removable back for flasks. Cooling group CFC free.
Complete control panel with indications of vacuum, temperatures and monitoring sensors of the product. Proper software and remote monitoring via internet.
External finishing in stainless steel and modular composition. Independent drying chamber and condenser with versatile installation.

Optional with trap as of -85°C and addition in the number of trays. Freezing system in the shelves, closing system of flasks with vacuum or modified atmosphere, PLC touchscreen panel, drying chamber and condenser lining in PTFE (Teflon or similar).

2-year warranty against manufacture defects, with replacement of the equipment with another identical one whilst the diagnosis and repair is held, in the first year. Technical assistance direct from the factory. Permanent stock.
